Toby Clay Copeland

Toby Clay Copeland, 56, passed away peacefully, February 27, 2026 at the Warren G. Murray Development Center in Centralia.

Born January 14, 1970 in Laverne, OK, he was the son of Joseph D. and Marsha (Gibbons) Copeland.

He is survived by a brother, Randy Copeland of Wood River as well as many nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents; brother, Ricky Copeland; sister, Tammy Copeland. and aunts and uncles.

Private service and burial were conducted in Short Cemetery in Cottage Hills.
